edit: Feel free not to answer me and this is purely my guess, but Kageyama didn't know at first that Ojousama is Queen Q did he? I'm guessing his stalker-ish tendency(lol) got better of him so he followed her after she'd left and finds out that the person he'd just did it with were his ojou.
